About US
Established in 1907, the Washington State Association of County Clerks (WSACC) is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting the elected or appointed Superior Court Clerk in each of Washington’s 39 counties.
As ex-officio clerks of the Superior Court, our members play a central role in the justice system—responsible for maintaining court records and facilitating the court process. WSACC provides a space for connection, shared learning, and professional development, helping Clerks navigate the evolving needs of their offices and communities.
For more than a century, WSACC has brought Clerks together to exchange ideas, share best practices, and strengthen their ability to serve with excellence.

Douglas County Clerk
Jenn Biggar was appointed as the Douglas County Clerk in 2021, bringing with her a strong background in legal and judicial administration. Prior to this role, they served as a Deputy Clerk in the Chelan County District Court and held legal assistant positions with both the City of Wenatchee Prosecutor’s Office and the Douglas County Prosecutor’s Office. With a deep commitment to public service, Jenn upholds the mission to “efficiently maintain and protect the integrity and accuracy of the judicial records of Douglas County Superior Court while serving the public in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.”

Amanda was elected as Jefferson County Clerk in 2022, with over 20 years’ experience as a public servant in the law and justice arena. One of her favorite parts of the job is leading her talented staff as they assist people in navigating the often intimidating and complicated justice system.
